30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on pre-cut templates and vinyl products. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Return:
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used templates or vinyl unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: To begin the return process, please email us at [Your Email Address] or contact our customer service team at [Phone Number] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for sending back the product.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no additional cost.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Given the nature of the choices being some what custom. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
