How to find your order number

Your order number starts with # and was included in your order confirmation email from Jessica Rabbitt Creations (search your inbox for "Your Jessica Rabbitt Creations order"). It looks something like #JRCXXXX.

How tracking works

Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number is assigned, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package is picked up by the carrier.

Picked up your order locally?

If you selected local pickup, no tracking number will be provided — your order is ready when you receive a pickup confirmation email. Please bring your order confirmation to collect your items.
