Returns and the In-Between
Returns
We have a discretional return policy, which means each order must be approved for a return on a case by case basis.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation and are not guaranteed for approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with unopened straw, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide shipping back to us to process the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to one week after the order confirmation date. Any requests to cancel after the 7 day window is up to the discretion of JESSIKA RABBITT CREATIONS.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages or issues with a tumbler must be addressed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order. All returns should be mailed back to:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom tumblers with names, logos, or specific images are not eligible for return unless expressly the fault of JESSIKA RABBITT CREATIONS where a name has mistakenly been mispelled.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items we sell at our store, exchanges are not allowed past 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
